- You must not attempt to manipulate voting systems or rankings

4. Content Disclaimer
This website is not responsible for the content of external servers listed on this platform. We do not regularly monitor or verify the content of listed servers. Users should exercise their own judgment when visiting external servers.
5. Prohibited Content
The following content is strictly prohibited:
- Pornographic or sexually explicit material
- Content promoting violence, hate speech, or discrimination
- Illegal content or activities
- Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
- Malware, viruses, or other harmful software
5a. Scam Servers and Community Protection
We do not support scam servers, including but not limited to those that repeatedly open multiple servers within a short period with the intent to scam the community or collect money dishonestly. We value our good reputation and the trust of our users. Therefore, we reserve the right to remove and ban any server from our platform, without providing a reason, if we believe it is hurting the community or damaging our reputation.
5b. Use of Server Names and Brand Protection
It is not allowed to use the names of well-known or popular servers from the past to promote new servers, even if you state that you are not the original. The only exception to this rule is the use of common words that are not unique to a specific brand. The use of brand names or attempts to impersonate established servers is strictly prohibited and will result in removal and a ban from the list. Such actions are considered an attempt to scam or manipulate the community, and are not permitted under any circumstances. If you wish to advertise under an established server name, you must provide proof of ownership of the domain associated with the original brand.
6. Advertising and Donations
This website is not a commercial entity. Any advertisements displayed are through donation systems to charitable organizations via Tiltify. We do not profit from these advertisements.
7. Limitation of Liability
This website and its owners are not liable for any damages arising from the use of this service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
